NFL.com's Brandt blogs opinions of Wolverines from pro day

Gil Brandt, the noted personnel guru for NFL.com, offered some praise for former Michigan players receiver Junior Hemingway and cornerback Troy Woolfolk for their performances during Michigan’s pro day on Thursday.
The pro day was closed to the public.
There were 25 NFL teams represented there, according to Brandt, including Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, who attended Michigan State’s pro day on Wednesday.
Brandt said Hemingway looked good catching the ball from Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Bruce Gradkowski.
“(Hemingway’s) a sleeper who should surprise on draft day when he’s selected earlier than expected,” Brandt wrote on NFL.com.
Woolfolk ran a 4.57 and 4.56 in the 40, posted a 31.5-inch vertical, 9-foot broad jump and did 20 reps on the bench press, Brandt wrote.
“He looked better moving today than he does on tape,” according to Brandt.
Brandt praised defensive tackle Mike Martin.
“He kept all his marks from the NFL Scouting Combine,” Brandt wrote. “Martin had an outstanding position workout and is a very quick, intense competitor. His size (6-foot-1, 304 pounds) is his only shortcoming.”
Center David Molk did not work out or do position drills because of the injury to his right foot suffered in the Sugar Bowl.
“His right foot was in a cast,” Brandt wrote.
