Despite shooting 5-for-20, Louisville leads Michigan State 14-11 through 13 minutes of tonight’s Sweet Sixteen game in Louisville.
MSU’s shooting has been equally dreadful. The Spartans are just 3-for-13 from the field, including 1-for-8 from 3-point range. Brandon Wood has missed all four of his shots, all 3-pointers.
Louisville, though, is starting to get rolling. The Cardinals hit three straight shots, including two triples, to go ahead. They also are winning the early rebounding battle 14-10, including six offensive rebounds.
