Phil Steele has come out with his top 200 freshman prospects for 2013, and Michigan is well represented.
There are 14 Wolverines among the 200, and not surprisingly, the highest rated is Shane Morris, the left-handed quarterback from Warren De La Salle. Morris is ranked No. 15.
