Michigan wins, 63-13

 This one was done early, and Michigan took advantage, going deep into its bench late in the third quarter.

The Wolverines beat UMass in a rout,  63-13 rout on Saturday before 110,708 at Michigan Stadium.

The Wolverines gained 595 yards of offense, including 294 rushing against the first-year FBS team. UMass has been outscored, 145-19.

Michigan improves to 2-1 and now begins preparations for a night game at Notre Dame on Saturday.

Senior quarterback Denard Robinson accounted for 397 yards, including 291 passing through three quarters. He was 16-of-24 for three touchdowns, but he also had an interception returned for a touchdown. Robinson also rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown.

Robinson now has 9,210 career yards atMichigan, second behind Chad Henne’s 9,300.
