MSU still trails entering fourth quarter

Very little offense in the third quarter as each team was busy punting the ball.

Each team punted the ball away three times and both offense could get little going.

Michigan State had the best shot when it went to the no-huddle, but a holding penalty on Skyler Burkland and another dropped pass – this one by Andre Sims Jr. – ended the drive.

Michigan State has a third-and-3 from its 39 when the fourth quarter begins.
