Caper scores to help Michigan State shrink Indiana's lead

Michigan State has apparently awoken and has cut Indiana’s lead to 17-14 with 6:26 left to play in the second quarter.

The Spartans got a three-and-out from their defense and then the offense went 65 yards in six plays to cut into the Hoosiers’ advantage.

Andrew Maxwell hit running back Larry Caper on a 15-yard scoring strike and spread the ball round with completions to Aaron Burbridge and Bennie Fowler on the drive.
