Michigan State hopes to keep rolling against Nebraska

Michigan State, while not mathematically eliminated from the race in the Legends Division, has a chance throw the division into a state of flux today against Nebraska.

The Huskers lead the division, but a loss today would give the lead back to Michigan, though Nebraska holds a tiebreaker over the Wolverines.

The Spartans will attempt to beat the Huskers for the first time today against six losses. The last time Nebraska came to Spartan Stadium it walked away with a 50-10 victory in 1995.

Today, Michigan State comes in off last week’s overtime victory over Wisconsin. Safety RJ Williamson won’t play because of an ankle injury while Nebraska will be without running back Rex Burkhead, who burned the Spartans last year for 130 yards and three touchdowns.
