Nebraska rallies to stun Michigan State

Michigan State appeared to have an upset over Nebraska wrapped up but instead watched the Huskers score with six seconds to play and pull out a 28-24 victory.

Michigan State (5-5, 2-4 Big Ten) appeared to have stopped Nebraska on third down but Darqueze Dennard was called for pass interference in the end zone, setting up the Huskers at the 5-yard line.

Replays showed Dennard made a good play, but the Huskers capitalized when Taylor Martinez hit Jamal Turner on a 5-yard touchdown pass to win the game.

Nebraska(7-2, 4-1) scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to erase a 10-point deficit.

Martinez finished with 205 yards rushing and two touchdowns and also threw for 160 yards and two scores.

Le’Veon Bell ran for 188 yards and two touchdowns for Michigan State.
