Michigan's Gardner will get QB start

Michigan junior Devin Gardner will start at quarterback today against Northwestern, a U-M official said in the Michigan Stadium press box this morning.
This will be Gardner’s second straight start, while senior Denard Robinson continues to recover from a nerve injury in his right (throwing) arm.
Gardner threw two touchdowns and ran for another as he led Michigan to a victory last Saturday at Minnesota.
