Michigan State’s season is on the line today at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis as it closes the regular season against Minnesota.
The Spartans need the victory to become bowl eligible, something the Gophers have already attained.
On paper, Michigan State is is the better team, but that has mattered little this season as the Spartans have lost five conference games by a total of 13 points.
Michigan State is fairly healthy for the game with only fullback Niko Palazeti not dressed for the game.
This is Michigan State’s second trip to TCF Bank Stadium, losing 42-34 on Halloween night in 2009.
