Minnesota in control vs. Michigan State

Minnesota continues to control the game late in the first half as Michigan State can’t make a shot and is doing a poor job of defending the post.

The Gophers are shooting 64 percent from the field while the Spartans are at 48 percent.

Derrick Nix is getting plenty of good looks, but simply can’t put the ball in the basket. He is 3-for-10 from the field as Minnesota holds a 37-28 lead with 3:34 left in the first half.
