Michigan trails by two scores

South Carolina continues to score in quick strikes.

Ace Sanders has added his second score of the game, this time on a four-yard pass from Dylan Thompson, South Carolina’s second quarterback to play today. But it was the play that set up the scoring play that was most impressive, a 72-yard pass from Thompson to Nick Jones.

The Gamecocks lead, 21-10, with 10:54 left in the first half.

Sanders also scored on a punt return.

Michigan had pulled to 14-10 on the previous series with a five-yard pass from Devin Gardner to Drew Dileo.
