Michigan staying close, keeps deficit to single digits

After Indiana went on an 11-0 run to break the 40-40 tie, Michigan has bounced back, cutting the lead to 53-49 with 11:40 remaining.
The Wolverines have been up and down all game but have relied heavily on Trey Burke’s 17 points. But Mitch McGary has chipped in eight points off the bench and Nik Stauskas (seven points) has picked up, adding a two-hand dunk along with Tim Hardaway Jr.’s 3-pointer to a 9-2 spurt that has made it a four-point game.
