Michigan State dominated from the start and got 17 points from Gary Harris to blow out No. 4 Michigan, 75-52, Tuesday night at Breslin Center. It’s the second straight win for the Spartans (21-4, 10-2 Big Ten) who are in sole possession of first place in the conference and improved to 15-0 at home this season.
