Lifestyle brand, The Dirt Label, released a limited edition line of shirts in collaboration with Madonna’s son, Rocco Ritchie. Shirts can be purchased online The Dirt Label’s retail location. The project first came to light when Madonna visited Detroit in June and visited The Dirt Label’s Warehouse space located inside of Ponyride in Corktown.
“Madonna was pretty laid back and cool, as soon as she saw our designs she was instantly hooked and mentioned that her son would really love it,” said Chris Morris, creative director of the brand. “Rocco was 100% involved with the design process of the project, he wanted something bold, something that would make a statement, which played in well with our brands messaging.”
Soon after the collaboration launched Madonna took to instagram to show her support for the project.
Since launching in 2012, the Detroit brand has built an A-list celebrity clientele including Lil Wayne, Lupe Fiasco and B.O.B. The retailer features an array of fashion items for both men and women. The Limited Edition Collaboration T-Shirt is available at: www.TheDirtLabel.com or at the Dirt Label Flagship Store (319 S. Washington – Downtown Royal Oak) for more information, please contact info@thedirtlabel.com.
