Win Robotech: The Complete Original Series on DVD

“Robotech” is one of the grand-daddies of anime in the U.S.

Personally, I never watched it. I preferred “Battle of the Planets” and “Voltron,” myself. But earlier this week, my colleague Ursula Watson waxed rhapsodic over her memories of the series. I promised a giveaway, and a giveaway you shall have.

I’ve got the complete 17-DVD set, which comprises “The Macross Saga,” “The Robotech Masters Saga”  and “The New Generation,” plus a disc of extras, including a documentary, alternate versions of some episodes, music videos and an extended version of the original “Macross” pilot.

For your chance to win, send your name and address to ehenrickson@detnews.com. Use “Robotech” as your subject line, and enter only once by Jan. 27. U.S. entries only.
