The Lions second-team defense gave up a 42-yard pass from Colt McCoy to Jordan Cameron, which set the Browns up at the 25. The defense held, though, holding Cleveland to a 37-yard field goal, which cut the Lions’ lead to 7-3. The line continued to get pressure on the Browns’ backfield, forcing a 3-yard loss after Ricardo Silva stopped Brandon Jackson on 3rd-and-1.
Both of the top defensive groups have played well, especially the line on the run and putting pressure on the quarterbacks.
