Burleson helps Lions regain lead

With their backs against the wall, the Lions turned to trusted veteran Nate Burleson in the waning minutes today.

Quarterback Matthew Stafford found wide receiver Nate Burleson for a three-yard touchdown pass with 6:58 remaining in the fourth quarter.

And with the Lions up 5, they chose to go for 2. Again, the play went to the veteran as Stafford rolled to his right and hit Burleson in the end zone.

The Lions lead 27-20, their first lead since the Titans first quarter punt return touchdown.
