Chris Houston can earn some bragging rights tonight. The Lions’ top cornerback will draw several matchups against Falcons wide receiver Roddy White, who became Houston’s close friend while the two played together in Atlanta.
After a 4-0 start, the Cardinals have lost nine straight, but the Lions haven’t earned the right to overlook anyone after losing their past five.
The Lions haven’t been able to finish drives all season, too often settling for field goals instead of touchdowns. And despite holding leads in the final two minutes of regulation the past three games, they haven’t been able to finish off opponents.
