I just talked to Scott Romney who cast Michigan’s delegates for his brother during the nominating roll call.
“It was very emotional,” he said. “Because I love my brother. I’m very proud of my brother and know he will make a great leader.”
Asked if he thought about his father, former Michigan Gov. George Romney, at that moment, Scott Romney said: “I always think about my dad. But this was Mitt’s moment. He did it on his own.
“Dad would be so proud. He loved all his children. He’d probably be telling Mitt what to do.”
