It’s a little mind blowing when you think about it: Ford was able to sell a new F-Series pickup in under a minute, every minute of 2011:
That’s a lot of iron.
And we can split hair over whether or not the F-Series constitutes a single model or, rather, a lineup of pickups. (Of course Chevrolet does this with its Silverado and, it appears, Toyota will begin doing this with its Prius, as there will be three different models in the Prius lineup but they’ll be totaled up as a single one. Hardly fair in all three cases.)
The single best selling vehicle in 2011 was the Toyota Camry — topping 300,000 units.
