By 4 p.m. Friday, portions of Woodward Avenue had become one large friendly parking lot. Portions of M-1 are already jammed with early bird cruisers. The stretch from 12 Mile to 14 Mile is wall-to-wall cars and spectators. As usual, the epicenter is in front of Duggan’s Irish Pub at 13 1/2 Mile.
