Kid rocks with the DSO

Looking suave in a tuxedo and fedora, hometown hero Kid Rock, backed by the lush 70-piece Detroit Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Music Director Leonard Slatkin, belted out a bevy of hits including “Bawitdaba,” “Devil Without a Cause,” “Purple Sky” and “All Summer Long” during  a sweeping sold-out fundraising concert, that racked up a million dollars for the cash-strapped orchestra, at the Fox Theater Saturday night in Detroit, Michigan.
