Eastern Market Tuesdays

Entertaining the lunchtime crowds, alto sax man Jack “Black” Bostic plays classics like “Satin Doll,” “When the Saints Go Marching In,” and “America” on a horn he calls “Sugar Baby” at Eastern Market in Detroit, Michigan on July 10, 2012. Hundreds packed Shed 2 for the opening of the market’s second annual season of Eastern Market Tuesdays, a scaled-down version of the popular weekend farmers’ gathering that will run weekly through October 30.
