Gabriel Dawe’s “Plexus No 18″, a room-size sculpture of brightly colored sewing thread, dazzles visitors at Kendall College of Art and Design during Artprize, Grand Rapids’ annual democratic art exhibition that closes this Sunday. 1,517 works are on display at 161 venues around town until October 7, 2012.
