Andre Drummond: "I'm walking into a great situation."

What Andre Drummond said when asked about the Pistons:

“All I know is that I’m walking into a brotherhood right now, a great family. I know the fans are great out there, so I know I’m walking into a great situation.”

“When you saw my reaction, I cried when I got my name called. It’s a great feeling to know I’m going to be in a great situation.”

On Joe Dumars: “He loved my personality, and that’s the kind of thing he looks for as a player in the organization.”

On his poor free throw shooting: “I’m a hard worker; I have ample time to get to work on my free throws.”

On workout with Pistons: “We just had this certain vibe for each other, and I think we’ll be a great fit for each other.”

On falling to No. 9: “It doesn’t matter what number you are, it’s how hard you work. All I know is that I’m a Piston now.”
