Friendly wagering in the Republican debates

Well, back from a whirlwind tour of these United States, mixing business with pleasure, and I must say that nothing is more fun than practicing capitalism while preaching real world economics and walking the lost into the light. I believe I’ve gotten the 99% down to about 98.8%, and the number may get better.  Some of them are still continuing to support the corporate greedheads and take advantage of those holiday specials on all sorts of iPhone accessories at those evil big box corporate stores that, you know - employ people.

Now, on to more pressing matters. Someone needs to remind the Mittster before Thursday that wagering in a national debate is in poor taste. Sticking with the “double dog dare ya” comments are a safer bet, and require less damage control. Besides, I’ll give 3 to 1 odds that Perry could take Romney and most of the others in a straight-out, high stakes game of Texas Hold’em. The possible exceptions would be Ron Paul – and of course Newt, since  you never know when Newt is bluffing (unless you’re not a RINO).  Any takers?
