I’m still chuckling over Mitt’s claim he comes from “the real streets of America.” That’s true enough if by that he means you can get to his house(s) by driving a car, (with or without dog strapped to the roof). As Dale’s street views of Romney’s houses clearly show, they are indeed on actual streets.
However, this aerial view of one of those houses suggests Mitt’s “real streets” probably aren’t in your neighborhood, unless you’re in the .01% of wealth holders.

To be clear, there’s nothing wrong with Romney enjoying his wealth. I’ll even commend him for investing in American real estate instead of Swiss chalets. But let’s not pretend a summer or two spent showering under a garden hose in France while he was fulfilling the missionary requirements of his religion, gives him any real insight into what the average working American experiences in their daily life on the actual real streets of America.
