Ride Romney ride

In what may be the world’s shortest undercover operation, Gawker announced yesterday they had hired a current Fox employee who was going to blow the whistle on the inside workings of the Fox empire. Only hours later, Fox announced they knew the identity of the whistleblower and they fired him this morning.

But the whistleblower did get off to a pretty good start, with some juicy backstage gossip and a video of Mitt Romney and Sean Hannity preparing for an on-air interview. So far, you can still view the video here.

Unfortunately for Mr. Romney, small talk about Ann Romney’s Austrian Warmblood horses, that can cost $30,000, which she needs for her dressage events, and Mitt’s Missouri Foxtrotter, with the ever so smooth gait, isn’t going to advance his claim that he and Ann really do understand the problems of us little people. Update: As it turns out, dressage horses can run up to seven figures, the saddles alone can cost thousands and “Ann Romney won’t tell her husband how many horses she owns.” Who among us doesn’t keep that a secret from our husbands?
