Lorne Mayes, you stand in a casino and choose to pontificate on a posting by me about being the second coming of Clarence Thomas. Dude, I take that as a compliment because he has achieved something in life that you would never come close to.
You stand in a place that is the very essence of what is wrong with so many people, blacks included, and choose to refer to me in a cynical sense as an Uncle Eric (sic). I am sure that I have done more to positively represent people of color than you ever will. It is easy to throw stones at someone because you do not like what they had to say or have a guilt trip with regard to truthfulness, but save your throw-up and just swallow it back down your esaphogus.
You are no more than a Jesse Jackson/Al Sharpton wanna be that chooses to blame all that is wrong with black folk on others, while failing to understand that it is the man in the mirror who is responsible for failed black leaders; failed black families and a failed education system that cannot be blamed on the teachers, but the parents who are ill-equiped/prepared to educate their children beyond the classroom.
Hang on to the failed thinking that only a black face can save black people. Take a long hard look around Detroit and see just how well served blacks folk are by the very black people that they have selected to lead in their demise. I get sick and tired of people like yourself that fail to recognize the achievements of a Clarence Thomas, Colin Powell, Condoleeza Rice or any other person of color that many of you want to equate to another being like without understanding that to make such a comparison is actually a compliment.
I do not owe you or anyone else an explanation for having an independent thought. You see, it is that stupid group think mentality that has people like yourself stuck in neutral blaming everyone else for your woe-is-me victimization mentality.
I certainly do not need any affirmation or an unwelcomed endorsement from you to be validated. For you to be so ignorant to say that white politicians refer to blacks as a bunch of monkeys or to suggest that those same white politicians want all blacks on Food Stamps either show that you lack an IQ or are incapable of an intelligent thought.
You say this and generalize white politicians when the biggest pulpit pimp of them all said on a national television program, unbeknowest to him, that he wanted to cut of the who know what of the current President of the United States. Then you convienently forget that the Detroit today is a place on par with a darn third world country based on black elected officials treating the residents worse than one would treat a hairless three-legged dog.
Yes, call me an Uncle Eric, Clarence Thomas or whatever your intelligence can muster up to try and demean me. I know who I am and have no problems at all defending a stance based on just using simple common sense. If my argument about race does not matter or was too much for you to comprehend because I may have put together a few big words that you failed to understand; shame on you sir for thinking that there is a vessel waiting at the docks of Hart Plaza to export you back to the Motherland.
That group think crap played out for me a long, long time ago. Try to make the argument all you want that race matters when you see fit to it favoring you. But please try not to be so obtuse to think that a racist does not come in varius shades and hues. Just by your very diatribe towards me, one could easily paint you as a racist. However, I am sure that you’ll play the Jesse or Al card and say that as a black person you lack any power to be a racist. Well, after you are finish throwing up because what I have said made you so sick, be sick and tired just the same about the black politicians that have treated their own worst than any plantation owner from 400 years ago.
Get a grip on reality and check me about saying that ignorance isn’t bliss. Sadly, we are way beyond that because you have only proven that ignorance is truly blissful.
See, I do not need to play the race card or the I am blacker than you card. I simply choose to play the human race card and have a complete understanding that it should never be just about black and white. Both races have their problems and neither have cornered the market on treating their own wrong. But if you want to use Detroit as an example; I can assure you that it is no one’s fault at all other than those that look most like themselves that has brought the City of Detroit to the depths of disaster.
