Why Romney lost

There is a lot of talk about why Mitt Romney lost but nobody wants to say it. President Barack Obama and team Axelrod (political advisor to the president) just did all the right things. That includes the rope-a-dope in the first debate.

Obama got 40 percent of the overall white vote, according to a USA Today report. And it was needed; Obama couldn’t win with just blacks and Latinos. So, in the first debate he won the support of the good white voters by being a Jackie Robinson or Joe Louis rather than a Jack Johnson or Mohammed Ali. That sealed the white base vote and the rest is history.

Romney lost because he lied all the time, not just some of the time, and people started to wonder which Romney would be the president if this man were elected. Romney lost because people thought money would win by repeating the same lies over and over. Romney lost because he was the wrong guy at the wrong time for the race; he was the rich guy that had made money by helping business take advantage of the poor. He was more of the problem than the solution.

Romney lost because he didn’t win the electoral votes, he didn’t win the battleground states, he didn’t win the popular vote and he didn’t win the most states.
