Even if the Obamacare exchanges actually open in 2014, they will be a one plan only – take it or leave it – proposition.
Originally scheduled to be available in 2014, full implementation of exchanges will be postponed until 2015 in the 33 states where the feds run them. Currently, that includes Michigan.
