SNL's Taran Killam does his best Robyn

Inspired by Swedish pop sensation Robyn’s delightfully bonkers “Call Your Girlfriend” video, “SNL’s” Taran Killam paid homage to the Most Killingest Pop Star on the Planet (and this week’s musical guest) in the “SNL” offices last week during a late-night writer’s meeting. Dude instantly gained like 400 cool points. Watch the video here:

Robyn’s subsequent performance on the show, meanwhile, is acting as a breakthrough for the pop star, as it put her in front of many casual “SNL” viewers who had never seen her before. Some became instant fans, some were thrown and didn’t know what to think, but lots of people were talking, and these days, that’s a victory in and of itself.
