Funny Face Deviled Eggs

     6 eggs, hard-boiled

     4 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

     1 teaspoon yellow mustard

     Green and/or black olives, cheese and pimentos

     


     Peel the eggs when cool.

     Cut the eggs in half; pop out the yolks into a separate container.

     Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix with electric mixer until smooth.

     Fill eggs with yolk mixture.

     To decorate eggs, cut olives in half and place on eggs for eyes.

     Use pimentos from the olives as mouths or noses.

     Cut out long strings of cheese for whiskers or for ears for a mouse look. Black olives also work for ears.

     Makes 12 deviled eggs.

     Per serving: 73 calories; 6 g fat (2 g saturated fat; 74 percent calories from fat); 1 g carbohydrate; 110 mg cholesterol; 103 mg sodium; 4 g protein; 0 fiber.
