Latkes With Smoked Salmon

30 cooked latkes

15 pieces smoked salmon

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon chopped chives

Make sandwiches of latkes by topping one latke with a piece of smoked salmon, then another latke. Combine sour cream and chopped chives and serve alongside. Serves 15.
