1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 2 tablespoons dark rum or an almond-flavored liqueur 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 cup frozen vanilla yogurt 3 tablespoons candied sliced almonds
Place strawberries in a small bowl. Add rum and brown sugar. Stir well and set aside for 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
Spoon 1/4 of the strawberries with some of the rum into 2 tall glasses. Top each with half the frozen yogurt. Top with remaining strawberries and any remaining rum. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons almonds over each serving. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
