James Reynolds' Good Time Three Chip Cookies

2 cups of super chunky peanut butter (low fat if possible)

1 cup cream cheese

1 1/2 cups of low fat margarine

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

3 eggs

1/4 cup vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons nutmeg

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour or soy flour

1/2 pound bag of peanut butter chips

1/2 pound bag of vanilla chips

1/2 pound bag of chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, margarine, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg and mix. Slowly add the flour. Once all of this is mixed begin to add the chips. Use a wooden spoon to mix. Then using the spoon put dollops of mixture on the sheets. Bake until done, about 10 minutes. Makes about six dozen or 72 cookies.

To make: 20 minutes

To bake: 10 minutes

Per serving: 158 calories; 10 g fat (4 g saturated fat; 57 percent calories from fat); 15 g carbohydrates; 13 mg cholesterol; 121 mg sodium; 4 g protein; 1 g fiber.
