3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and season to taste. Let sit for several hours before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups or 24 servings
