Michael's Championship Pecan Crescents

1/2 cup butter

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla, and blend well. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Mix in pecans. Shape into crescents and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Roll into powdered sugar while still warm. Makes 2 dozen.

Per serving: 81 calories; 6 g fat (3 g saturated fat; 67 percent calories from fat); 6 g carbohydrates; 11 mg cholesterol; 41 mg sodium; 1 g protein; 0.4 g fiber.
