Turkey Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sandwich

2 whole grain English muffin, split and toasted

2 turkey sausage patty

2 eggs, fried over hard

Shredded Mexican blend cheese

Cook sausage in skillet until done; place on paper towels. Fry eggs in the same skillet until hard; sprinkle with cheese at the very end of cooking and let melt. Assemble sandwiches on toasted English muffin. Serve immediately.
