Grilled Asparagus

5 ounces olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 tablespoon thyme, chopped

2 garlic cloves, chopped

1 bunch asparagus, washed, ends trimmed

1 cup Italian parsley, garnish

Mix
together olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and garlic. Coat the asparagus
with the mixture. Cook the asparagus on the hot grill for 3 minutes on
each side. Garnish with Italian parsley. Serves 4.
