Herb Remoulade Sauce for Steak

1 1/2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons parsley, chopped

2 garlic cloves

1 pickle (not sweet)

Salt

Pepper

1/2 cup onion, diced

1 tablespoon capers

2 tablespoons pickle juice

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve with your steaks. Serves 4.

fat); 5 g carbohydrates; 41 mg cholesterol; 825 mg sodium; 1 g protein;
