Henrik Zetterberg did an outstanding job helping the Red Wings kill off a Nashville power play midway through the second period.
Nashville’s best scoring chance was Sergei Kostitsyn’s wrist shot from the left circle which Jimmy Howard made the save on.
The Predators are still holding a 1-0 lead.
