‘Scuse me for being skeptical about whether Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy bought a $55 million G5 jet for his 21st birthday. After all, his home was foreclosed last year, and he owes more than $30,000 in delinquent taxes, according to public records.
What’s owed:
- The state of California filed a $26,805 lien against Soulja Boy — real name DeAndre Way — on March 24 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds.
- The state of Mississippi filed a $3,571 lien Feb. 8 in Madison County Circuit Court. (Update: Radar Online said he paid the bill July 22.)
The address on both liens is an office suite in Los Angeles. But here’s the foreclosed crib:
