Bet British actor John Rhys-Davies, who starred as Sallah, the trusty sidekick of Indiana Jones, would like to pawn that Lost Ark. The quick cash could come in handy because the IRS says he owes more than $1.5 million in delinquent federal taxes, according to public records.
Rhys-Davies, 67, is a blockbuster vet, having appeared in the “Lord of the Rings” trilogy as Gimli the dwarf.

- The IRS filed a $1,021,539 lien July 28 with the Los Angeles County Recorder of Deeds.
- The IRS filed a $506,746 lien Feb. 13, 2006, in Los Angeles.
