Swizz Beatz tax beatdown

Alicia Keys husband Swizz Beatz better hope Korean pop music is the next big thing — it could help with his Uncle Sam dilemma. Or the music producer could raid his wife’s pocketbook to erase a nearly $728,000 federal tax bill.

The IRS filed a tax lien against Beatz, real name Kasseem Dean, earlier this month. It is the latest financial fiasco for the R&B superstar’s purse-holding, purple-jacketed husband.

What’s owed:

  • The IRS filed a $727,985 tax lien against Kasseem Dean on Feb. 15 with the New York City Register. The lien was filed six days after the feds released a $842,645 tax bill against the music producer.

A spokesman for Dean, 33, could not be reached for comment.
