Ryan: why does the Catholic church have to sue for religious freedom

The debate takes a turn to Catholicism and abortion. Ryan explains that he believes life begins at conception. He opposes abortion except in cases for rape, incest and the life of the mother. He’s concerned about Obamacare’s conception coverage for employees at Catholic institutions, calling it an assault on religious liberty. Our churches shouldn’t have to sue the government to protect their religious liberties, he said.
