From growing up in the 60s, I can remember playing golf was always my father’s favorite pastime, while my mother enjoyed spending much of her leisure time crocheting golf club covers for the two of them in bright colors like red and blue.
In today’s Handmade column, I designed and crocheted a golf club cover in memory of the time I spent with my parents participating in various golf-related activities.
