Name, City, Phone, Craft.

How long have you been doing this particular craft?

Do you teach this craft? If so, when and where?

Please attach at least three photographs of your work.

Handmade is a how-to column, so you have to be willing to share your instructions.

Please put the word “HANDMADE” in the subject line.
