1. The flu has hit a lot of Tigers lately. Ramon Santiago, for instance, isn’t available for today’s game.
2. Max Scherzer arrived at the clubouse, and got permission to leave because he’s not well, either.
3. Brandon Inge will begin a rehab assignment tonight at Toledo. He will DH tonight, then play 2B tomorrow.
4. Adam Wilk will be Saturday’s starter in Chicago, manager Jim Leyland announced.
